Good lord, where does time go? I mean, really?!?! It literally feels like we brought Evie home about a week ago and here she is almost 4 and Ollie is 2 months old. Wow!
OH! Ollie is officially in size 1 diapers though the newborn sizes still fit. They are a little big on him but they work. His newborn clothes are starting to get a little tight because he is long (not for the weight) and 0-3 months are still a little large, but, he's getting there!
There is an indoor play place here in Duluth, Adventure Zone, that we love to go to. It has batting cages, a rock climbing wall, tons of games, putt putt, a kid playground and a HUGE blow up slide. They have a tot time that we frequent about once a week and Evie can burn off some energy. She loves the slide. She will go up and down this thing at least 100 times!
Ollie's colic and gas issues are improving (or we are just learning the tricks to help ease him!). Every night, we do the leg push, lay on his belly on our legs and on our shoulder and we work out both. The screaming for 4 hours a night is down to maybe 20 minutes. The doctor suggested I go off dairy for 2 weeks just in case its not colic/gas but lactose intolerance. Its been a week and there really isnt too much of a change from the no dairy diet. Im thinking its NOT but I will stay off another week. Yea, that's fun. No cheese or milk. Who can eat peanut butter and jelly (with cheese doritos inside...lol) and NOT have a glass of milk??? Ugh. That part is killing me. Plus, I can't eat Mexican food until its over. AAAUUUGGGHHH!!! Yall know how much I survive on some Mexican food....
The cold weather we have (some days are highs of 50, some are highs of 38) are actually pretty great. Its a dry cold and when the sun is shining (which it is every day), its nice out.
Enjoy my babies....
